Developing Milestones

I had low expectations for the roll of HP5 these prints came from after it sat in my OM-1 for nearly two months and proved frustratingly curly to spool. Despite that, it marks a milestone for me as the first negatives I developed using chemicals I sourced and mixed myself, following a Kodak D-23 recipe from The Darkroom Cookbook by Steve Anchell. The formula is simple, but seeing such satisfying results from a developer I made myself felt incredibly rewarding and has encouraged me to experiment with more homemade darkroom chemistry.
